Yesterday 22 Hayle runners were part of a field of nearly 230 who took on the Rosemullion 10K. The race is number 5 in the MTRS series so the route is predominantly off road and comprises footpaths, tracks, fields, and a section of coast path around Rosemullion Head. All in all, a very scenic course. The stunning weather made it an even more beautiful day’s running for those who took part.
